About this host

Located in the heart of Bodrum, this farm run by Cahide Imre is home to citrus and fruit trees, tropical species, and a variety of vegetables — some familiar, some you may never have seen before. Cahide tends the garden with real care, turning the harvest into homemade products she loves sharing with her guests.

Experiences

  • Tasting of handmade marmalades, pickles, sauces and pâté
  • Guided tour of the garden and tropical greenhouse
  • Workshops on how these seasonal, homemade products are made — from garden to table
  • Tasting of fruits grown in the garden, picked straight from the branch
  • Meeting the poultry: ducks, geese and chickens
  • Medicinal aromatic oils workshop
  • Dried fruit making workshop

Menu

Cahide creates a garden-to-table menu that changes almost every two weeks with the micro-seasons. The dishes are usually vegetarian and vegan. A detailed menu is shared based on your booking dates.
